Candidates must be able to quickly learn complex ordering systems paying close attention to detail regarding item numbers with variations, shipping addresses, customer ID numbers and purchase order numbers. Graphic design work is seasonal depending on product sales cycle. Spring yearbook publishing season requires file review for margins, bleeds, resolution, overlapping text, etc. Schools may request design help with their cover art. Email marketing pieces will be designed for monthly sales campaigns. Stock cover art options and other yearbook design content is also needed. Previous experience in graphic design and customer service roles utilizing computer database ordering systems is preferred.
