Responsibilities
Edit and enhance course videos ranging from 2 to 40 minutes in length
Integrate animations, transitions, and color grading to elevate visual quality
Collaborate on creative direction to ensure content is engaging and educational
Apply storytelling techniques to maintain viewer interest and clarity
Deliver polished, ready-to-publish videos within agreed timelines
Organize and manage project files for efficient workflow
Communicate progress and incorporate feedback promptly
Skills and Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software
Strong animation and motion graphics skills
Experience editing educational or instructional content preferred
Demonstrated ability to enhance video with creative transitions and color techniques
Solid understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and visual storytelling
Portfolio showcasing dynamic editing and relevant project experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
