Join Friends University as a Student Worker to support Media and Communications initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop a positive atmosphere filled with hospitality, care, and efficiency in the Campus Ministries space.
Schedule one-on‑on meetings, team meetings, and maintain calendars.
Manage lounge decorations, cleaning, and event supplies.
Collect receipts from students and staff related to Campus Ministries purposes.
Perform assigned tasks from Campus Ministries leaders.
Requirements
Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.
Ability to manage logistics, schedules, and resources efficiently.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Attention to detail to keep things orderly, tidy, and cared for.
Collaborative mindset to work with other students and staff.
Adaptability to handle unexpected situations or last‑minute changes.
Familiarity with word processing software or strong adaptability to learn new technology.
Must be available for a weekly meeting with the Campus Ministries staff and for chapel at 11 a.m. on Thursdays.
