Overview Lead the creation and delivery of compelling, impactful content that reflects the School of the Arts’ unique identity across web, print, and social media. The role involves collaborating with departments of Art and Design, Art History, Cinema, Music, Theatre, Creative Writing Program, Anderson Center for Performing Arts, and Binghamton University Art Museum.
Responsibilities
Craft a cohesive narrative that resonates across multiple platforms and audiences.
Support coordinated marketing of arts events and initiatives within the university and the broader arts community.
Work with Communications & Marketing to ensure fit with university branding while establishing a unique identity for the School of the Arts.
Engage in event and campaign promotion related to the School of the Arts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
At least 3 years of experience in writing for the web or other platforms, such as social media
At least 3 years of graphic design experience
Experience in event and campaign promotion
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop
Evidence of social media proficiency, including campaign development, execution, and performance analysis
Preferred
Experience in higher education marketing and/or admissions
