Marketing Specialist - Educational Technology
Join BenQ, an award‑winning display solutions provider for lifestyle and business. We are hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our Business and Education Solutions portfolio, including BenQ Board Interactive Displays, Digital Signage, Laser and Digital Projectors, and InstaShow Wireless Presentation Systems.
This role will play a key part in driving integrated marketing campaigns, product positioning, and demand generation initiatives to support the sales pipeline and strengthen brand presence. The position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work cross‑functionally with product, sales, and global marketing teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales teams to plan, draft, and refine marketing materials, including emails, articles, landing pages, CTAs, and social media content.
Support the development and execution of marketing plans, product launches, and outbound communications in alignment with overall campaign strategies.
Create engaging content that effectively communicates product value and differentiates BenQ solutions.
Assist in implementing and improving marketing automation workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce to support lead nurturing and generation.
Conduct keyword research and website traffic analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved user engagement.
Support the planning and coordination of national and regional events, webinars, podcasts, and public relations initiatives.
Partner with B2B Marcom, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to execute inbound marketing and demand‑generation activities.
Contribute to campaign ideation, planning, and performance tracking to refine marketing effectiveness.
Assist with the collection and analysis of site analytics, metrics, and campaign reports to inform decisions.
Support product launch initiatives by contributing to messaging, positioning, and the development of marketing briefs.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing website performance using Google Analytics or similar tools, and provide input for website enhancements.
Collaborate in developing channel marketing content and online assets to communicate value to resellers and distribution partners.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and related events as needed.
Perform additional duties and contribute to vertical‑specific marketing initiatives as assigned.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
2+ years of B2B digital or product marketing experience, including lead generation.
Adequate support of product launches and close collaboration with sales teams to drive market growth.
Experience with Content Management Systems; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a plus.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM strategies and data‑driven marketing, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot for creating emails, landing pages, and automated campaign workflows.
Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms preferred.
Experience using Canva for design.
Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong proficiency in business software tools, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of educational technology, display technology, or related B2B technology marketing highly desirable.
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with article‑writing experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and results‑oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
Compensation Based on experience, we offer a highly competitive base salary plus bonus.
