Role Overview: As a Product Designer at Auctor, you’ll shepherd multiple projects from concept to launch. You’ll craft high-caliber designs, interactions, and prototypes that turn complex problems into seamless solutions. Partnering closely across all teams at Auctor, you’ll weave AI into experiences that help users understand, trust, and steer AI outputs. We seek someone with sharp interaction instincts, refined visual taste, and a collaborative spirit— someone who obsesses over details, invites feedback, and uplifts ideas through tight cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end product experiences, taking ideas from spark to polished release.

Work hand-in-hand with engineers and AI researchers to convert business goals into user-centered designs.

Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring a unified, scalable visual language.

Run user research to surface pain points and opportunities, feeding insights back into design choices.

Build prototypes that explore and validate new features, flows, and interactions.

Uphold a high design bar, steering the team toward thoughtful, deliberate decisions at every turn.

Qualifications

Experience crafting products in fast-moving settings, backed by a portfolio showcasing your strongest work.

A knack for unraveling complex challenges and distilling them into clear, intuitive experiences.

Deep experience with design systems and a keen eye for visual and interaction craft.

A track record of user research and applying those findings to design.

Top-notch communication and storytelling skills to convey design ideas and reasoning.

Compensation Compensation range: $150,000-$220,000
