Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Graphic Designer located in Fayetteville, AR. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who lives at the intersection of creativity and precision. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and refining garment designs for manufacturing — translating bold ideas into technically sound, high‑quality apparel that aligns with our client’s brand aesthetic and market demand.
You’ll collaborate with our product, design, and manufacturing teams to bring apparel to life — from concept sketches to production‑ready tech packs.
What You’ll Do
Research market and trend insights to inform new product direction.
Develop garment concepts and graphics that align with brand identity and seasonal vision.
Create detailed
technical design packages
including specs, fabric selections, trims, and colorways.
Collaborate closely with
pattern makers, technical designers, and manufacturers
to ensure designs are production‑ready and meet quality standards.
Manage
fit sessions
and revisions to perfect construction and fit.
What We’re Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in
apparel design, production, or technical design
(streetwear, lifestyle, or activewear preferred).
Strong understanding of
materials, garment construction, and print production .
Proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and tech pack creation tools .
A great eye for
balance between brand aesthetic and commercial viability .
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Bonus Points
Experience with
DTF, screen printing, embroidery , or
cut & sew production .
Passion for fashion, streetwear, or performance apparel.
Familiarity with
trend forecasting
or
product lifecycle management (PLM) systems .
