District Sales Manager
– Location: Mountain Region The District Sales Manager will align with the company strategy to acquire dealer group opportunities, collaborating with VPs to execute a Top-Down approach and with executive alignment to capture targeted rooftops, complemented by a Bottoms-Up approach to gain share within the group. Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through pipeline development and qualified pipeline coverage (3X to 5X of monthly and quarterly quota targets) Achieve assigned monthly booking targets Maintain a four-month rolling Salesforce forecast and manage the sales pipeline Conduct face-to-face visits with prospective customers weekly; complete paperwork to close business Develop domain expertise on Affinitiv products, competition, and market trends Sell Affinitiv products and services using a consultative approach to meet/exceed revenue quotas Travel within assigned territory or conduct online meetings with prospects and current customers Maintain activity levels of calls, emails, meetings, and prospecting Establish qualified pipeline opportunities reflecting 3X to 5X monthly/quarterly targets Educate auto retailers on benefits of Affinitiv products/services and help achieve corporate KPIs Utilize Salesforce.com to record all sales activity Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to identify customer needs Collaborate with Affinitiv leadership to identify new opportunities Qualifications
2+ years of demonstrated experience in automotive software sales or retail Familiarity with auto software solutions or marketing services Experience tracking all sales activity in Salesforce or a comparable CRM Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Willingness to travel 80% Proven track record of success and solid employment references Work from Here
