Compensation Contract to Hire

– $150,000 to $180,000 per year, plus profit‑sharing bonus and competitive benefits. Base salary aligned with market rates at the nearest major metro and based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Future increases are performance‑based.

Responsibilities Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data‑informed, CRO‑optimized user experiences across Launch Potato web properties.

Create complete, test‑ready user experiences from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes and dev hand‑off supported by A/B test results and user insights.

Lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post‑test iteration.

Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings.

Identify and improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.

Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization.

Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability.

Qualifications

8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data‑driven environment.

Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session (RPS).

Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.

Excellent communication skills with ability to present design rationale across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Deliver complete, test‑ready user experiences backed by A/B test results and user insights.
