As a marketing professional, you will connect our mission to the people and partners who bring it to life. You will work closely with the Director of Strategic Growth & Sales and collaborate across Sales and Recruitment to design campaigns that inspire action, strengthen brand consistency, and provide clarity in communication.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who has led end‑to‑end marketing efforts in close‑knit teams and thrives on turning ideas into impact.
This is a primarily remote role based in Austin, TX, with regular onsite collaboration at our South Austin headquarters.
What You’ll Get
Competitive salary budgeted between $80,000 and $90,000, based on experience.

What You’ll Do
Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, strengthen client relationships, and elevate BBI’s mission and values.
Partner with the Director of Strategic Growth & Sales to align sales goals with creative, data‑driven marketing strategies.
Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and tradeshows, overseeing logistics, materials, and attendance.
Oversee digital marketing channels (social media, advertising, and website) to maintain a consistent, engaging, and compliant brand presence.
Collaborate on shared initiatives—including newsletters, social posts, and blog content—to ensure cohesive storytelling across sales and recruitment audiences.
Translate culture moments, team achievements, and employee stories into authentic content that attracts mission‑aligned talent and strengthens community engagement.
Manage distribution of marketing deliverables to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (lead generation, engagement, conversion) and leverage insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
Monitor market trends and emerging tools to enhance campaign effectiveness, automation, and creative innovation.
Leverage AI and automation tools to boost productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen BBI’s marketing foundation.
Manage multiple projects and timelines to keep initiatives organized, efficient, and results oriented.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 4+ years of marketing experience—preferably in healthcare or a small‑team environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, and other digital marketing tools.
Proven experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance content creation, reporting, and campaign efficiency.
Strong campaign and content storytelling skills, translating business goals and internal culture into compelling, audience‑centered narratives.
Proven ability to apply brand standards and content pillars to ensure consistency, compliance, and cohesion.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Resourceful and solution‑oriented with a knack for staying organized and adaptable when things change.
A proactive mindset with curiosity to find smarter, more creative ways to work.
