Sales & Marketing Representative PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage. Responsibilities

Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, with the aim of meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop the customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and routinely contact and follow up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are met or exceeded. Maintain a diverse customer base with new customers routinely added. Ensure timely and effective internal and external communications. Ensure customer jobs are completed, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Demonstrate pride in delivering world-class service that differentiates PuroClean from competitors. Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence. Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing and objective-to-objective strategies. Build, maintain, and service a 'top 25 client' list and provide lunch-and-learns and promote continued education courses. Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business. Understand, adhere to, and promote safety guidelines while in the office and while traveling. Help build brand awareness, promote the 'One Team' culture, and demonstrate a genuine willingness to make a difference in the community through service. Communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people, ask open-ended questions, and deliver the brand message. Identify and maximize opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business. Be comfortable setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in group settings. Respect safety and brand identity guidelines; present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting. Compensation

Compensation :

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
