What is special about this role? This role will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns, develop marketing content that supports awareness and lead generation, and collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in marketing management, an understanding of diagnostics and the healthcare industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Diagnostics line of business, including go‑to‑market plans, sales enablement, and lead generation initiatives.
Create and manage multichannel content marketing campaigns, including webinars, white papers, short‑form videos, and social media strategies, to educate and engage various audiences on precision medicine and genomics.
Design and implement demand generation activities that support both Diagnostics and other product lines, with a focus on nurturing leads through the entire buying journey.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product marketing strategies for the Diagnostics line of business.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, sales, and other departments, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment for both Diagnostics‑specific and company‑wide marketing efforts.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI to senior management.
Stay current with industry trends in precision medicine, genomics, and healthcare marketing, incorporating innovative approaches and best practices into marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a diagnostics and healthcare marketing role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency with marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to make data‑driven decisions.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience with digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Demonstrated ability to plan and develop demand generation‑focused content, including webinars, white papers, and other marketing assets, with measurable results.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
