Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Compensation: $120K–$160K + Equity

Location: San Francisco, California (Full time, On-site)

YOE: 2-4 years of experience in Content Writing, Content Marketing at a startup or growth stage company

About the Role

We’re looking for a storyteller with strategy. Someone who can take the momentum of one of San Francisco’s fastest-growing startups and turn it into stories the world can’t ignore.

You’ll own the full content lifecycle — from idea to impact. Blogs, case studies, videos, and brand moments that not only inform but move people. You’ll work across marketing, product, and leadership to shape the brand voice and fuel growth.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing at a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills — headlines, blogs, social posts, and stories that stick
  • Strong design sense; a portfolio showcasing both writing and creative design work is a must
  • Proficient in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Data-savvy: knows how to measure what resonates and pivot fast
  • Thrives in a high-velocity, ownership-driven environment
