Chinese/Mandarin speaker Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company vision and business goals Lead brand positioning and messaging to differentiate AL Homes in the competitive real estate market Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across all market segments Establish marketing KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI Brand Management Oversee brand development, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints Manage brand partnerships and strategic alliances to expand market reach Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategy to enhance brand reputation and visibility Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers Lead crisis communication planning and management to protect brand reputation Manage corporate communications including executive positioning and thought leadership Serve as primary brand spokesperson or designate appropriate spokespeople Coordinate community relations initiatives and corporate social responsibility communications Monitor media coverage and manage reputation management across traditional and social media Develop strategic partnerships with PR agencies and media consultants as needed Digital Marketing & Innovation Lead digital transformation initiatives including website, social media, and digital advertising Implement data-driven marketing approaches using analytics and market insights Explore emerging technologies and platforms to maintain competitive advantage Oversee CRM systems and marketing automation tools Manage social media reputation and engagement strategies Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team including PR professionals Allocate resources effectively across marketing, PR, and communications initiatives Market Intelligence Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors Manage executive communications and company-wide messaging Coordinate with HR on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Budget Management Develop and manage marketing and PR budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources Monitor spending and demonstrate clear ROI on marketing and PR investments Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) ~10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles ~ Demonstrated success managing media relations and securing positive press coverage Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and PR strategies Strong media relations skills with established network of journalist contacts Excellent crisis management and issues management capabilities Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels Excellent leadership and team management capabilities Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills Experience with PR measurement tools and media monitoring platforms Experience with marketing technology platforms and tools Budget management and financial acumen Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities Personal Attributes Experience with homebuilder or residential real estate marketing and PR Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends Established network within the real estate industry and media landscape Experience with customer experience and journey mapping Familiarity with sustainable/green building marketing and communications Awards or recognition for marketing or PR campaigns
