Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Web Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital journeys across QuickBooks.com, Mailchimp.com, and Intuit Enterprise Suite websites. Your primary focus will be to own the entire website journey, from initial engagement through to new customer acquisition, achieving ambitious lead and customer growth goals, and driving conversion growth targets. You will lead a cross‑functional team encompassing strategy, UX/content, SEO, PM, PD, analytics, and website operations, and transform our web properties into high‑performing growth engines that drive acquisition, cross‑sell, and revenue while upholding performance, accessibility, governance, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi‑site web strategy and quarterly roadmap for QuickBooks.com, Mailchimp.com, and Intuit Enterprise Suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement high‑converting web journeys and personalization strategies for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Drive SEO and GEO optimization through site architecture, technical foundation, keyword support, and content; collaborate with channel leads on technical health, information architecture, link strategy, and page quality.
  • Plan and execute data‑driven testing to optimize and personalize web experiences, increasing direct purchases and effective lead generation.
  • Improve execution speed by streamlining processes, implementing automation, and integrating technologies to enhance the agility of the broader marketing team.
  • Act as a key cross‑functional partner, influencing teams across Product Management, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing.
  • Evaluate and effectively prioritize web requirements from cross‑functional GBSG teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, statements of work, and performance for agencies and tooling; evaluate and implement new vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience: 10+ years in web/digital growth for B2C or B2B SaaS/commerce, including 4+ years leading multi‑disciplinary web teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership of large‑scale web properties with measurable pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise CMS, testing platforms (Optimizely/VWO/Target), analytics (GA4/Adobe + tag management), and SEO tools.
  • Comfortable partnering with engineering on performance, releases, and technical SEO, with fluency in modern front‑end practices and design systems.
  • Strong prioritization skills, able to make trade‑off decisions between multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, able to present strategy, business cases, and roadmaps to a matrixed organization and translate web findings for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven success managing and mentoring high‑performing teams across multiple offices and time zones, building highly collaborative relationships with cross‑functional leaders.

Compensation

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
