As we continue to grow across California, we are seeking a forward-thinking Regional Sales and Marketing Director to help shape the future of senior living. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales and Marketing Director to lead growth across our portfolio of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). This high-impact role is responsible for driving occupancy, brand visibility, and long-term revenue through integrated sales and marketing strategies. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a hands-on position for a results-driven executive with a passion for innovation, data-informed strategy, and meaningful engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and business growth. Lead and mentor on-site sales teams across communities, providing guidance and support to drive consistent performance. Develop and implement standardized sales and resident experience protocols to ensure brand consistency and excellence. Set clear sales goals and hold communities accountable for occupancy, retention, and engagement targets. Partner with community leadership to align sales strategies with overall operational goals. Regularly visit communities to coach teams, monitor progress, and support execution at the ground level. Build and maintain strong referral networks and community partnerships to sustain a robust sales pipeline. Utilize data-driven insights to track KPIs, optimize sales performance, and enhance resident satisfaction. Champion Gallahers mission through compelling storytelling and personalized customer engagement Identify, create and maintain key professional relationships in the market to help elevate the GSL brand as a recognized expert in the industry. Qualifications: 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within senior living, hospitality, or healthcare. Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and brand impact across multi-site operations. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). Expertise in digital marketing, referral development, and resident engagement strategies. Strong understanding of brand storytelling, customer experience design, and modern marketing technologies. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a hands-on approach. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the senior living customer journey, from first inquiry to long-term retention. Strong financial acumen, with comfort reporting to executive stakeholders and aligning strategy with ROI. Proficiency with data analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools. Why Join Us?
