Job Title: Packaging Designer (Creative Project Management)

Duration: 3 Months Contract with Possible Extension

Location: HYBRID in Seattle, WA 98134 (3 days a week onsite)

Payrate: $43.00 per hour on W2

Job Description

This role supports the efficient review and routing of packaging artwork in collaboration with internal and partner teams. The Packaging Designer ensures brand compliance, facilitates cross‑functional feedback, and manages artwork submissions through Adobe WorkFront, maintaining integrity and consistency of our packaging assets.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Download and conduct an initial review of packaging artworks from Nestlé’s system.
  • Route GCA packaging artwork submissions to brand teams and cross‑functional stakeholders (IP, MarCom, R&D, Global Coffee, Ethical Sourcing, Regulatory).
  • Utilize Adobe WorkFront to manage and track artwork routing efficiently.
  • Summarize and communicate actionable feedback from cross‑functional teams to Nestlé in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all artwork complies with Starbucks brand guidelines and intellectual property standards.
  • Maintain documentation and track progress using Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Background

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in artwork review and routing (preferably consumer packaging).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe WorkFront or similar routing/proofing tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to independently summarize and communicate feedback.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration experience.
  • Understanding of brand guideline and IP principles.
  • Project management experience.

  • Experience with consumer packaging.
