About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Content Videographer who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram culture. You’ll capture real, in‑the‑moment video content that fuels our social presence. From behind‑the‑scenes footage and creator‑style skits to campus moments and social‑first storytelling, your footage will power high‑performing posts seen by millions of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Film regular content tailored for our TikTok and Instagram pages (skits, trend remakes, behind‑the‑scenes, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Social Media Content Lead to execute shot lists, creative concepts, and UGC‑style content
• Direct on‑camera talent and help team members feel natural and authentic on camera
• Capture high‑quality audio/video optimized for vertical, social‑first platforms
• Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends, transitions, hooks, and filming techniques
• Organize raw footage and deliver assets to the editing team efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 1‑3 years of filming content (freelance, creator, campus media, or agency)
• Expert with iPhones/DSLRs/Mirrorless cameras and social‑native tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Reels. Understands pacing, timing, and hooks
• Comfortable directing talent and improvising on set
• Energetic, trend‑aware, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
