The role supports Account Executives and Account Planners with post-sale, end-to-end workflow support to ensure effective campaign delivery for Spectrum Reach clients. The Specialist ensures accuracy and follow-through of order entry related to advertising campaigns and acts as a cross-functional liaison between fulfillment, Finance, and Operations teams.
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all post-sale activities including campaign execution, reporting, and inventory management for assigned accounts.
- Accurately enter all orders for linear and digital advertising schedules.
- Review and process orders to ensure that all necessary paperwork is submitted for cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with Billing to ensure that ad copy scripts are provided and campaigns are appropriately billed.
- Work cross-functionally with Traffic/Operations teams to ensure correct fulfillment of client campaigns.
- Manage all ad copy for clients, including correct distribution of Traffic Instructions.
- Manage campaigns effectively, revise and review inventory appropriately.
- Responsible for make-goods for all assigned accounts and inventory-related notices for campaign delivery.
- Effectively communicate with Account Executives on client campaign status.
- Communicate with clients as needed to gain information to run schedules efficiently.
- Work proactively with Ad Ops to understand advanced advertising campaign pacing and adjust as appropriate.
- Submit any necessary corrections and revisions to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 2+ years’ of overall work experience
- 1+ years work experience in advertising sales or similar sales support functions
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with Sales Executives and other cross-functional support departments.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with MS Office and spreadsheets with a focus on Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of research databases such as Nielsen, Scarborough, MRI, Kantar, BIA/Kelsey, eMarketer, and comScore is preferred.
- Ability to pull and analyze advanced campaign metric reporting utilizing internal and external tools (e.g. Freewheel, and other proprietary tools) is preferred.
