About the Role

This role will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and coordinating community campaigns that amplify brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster lasting relationships with our community. The primary focus will be identifying, collaborating with, and nurturing relationships across the CUTS Community — including creators, athletes, ambassadors, and key partners. Exceptional organization, communication, and people skills will be key to ensuring seamless execution of initiatives, tracking performance, optimizing future programs, and building meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the CUTS Community Program, including Tier 1 brand ambassadors and the broader creator and athlete network.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, creators, and management teams to ensure alignment with brand campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new community prospects aligned with CUTS’ brand values.
  • Identify and develop content opportunities with ambassadors and creators.
  • Lead community strategy, events, seeding, and ambassador management.
  • Develop and oversee initiatives that build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, and Product teams.
  • Track ROI and performance of ambassador and community programs.
  • Draft and manage vendor paperwork, contracts, and accounting processes.
  • Create monthly reports highlighting wins, learnings, and opportunities.
  • Stay connected to culture and identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sports Marketing, Community Marketing, or Creator Partnerships.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% domestically (and occasionally internationally) and work weekends/events.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong experience in ambassador, athlete, or creator management.
  • Established network of creators, athletes, or cultural connectors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for CUTS’ lifestyle verticals (Golf, Run, Fitness, Lifestyle, Business).
  • Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Location & Office Structure

This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA. The role requires 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week. Some domestic and international travel will be required for community events and activations.

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 + annual bonus opportunity. Salary is based on experience and demonstrated ability to drive results in this role.
