General Purpose
The Social Content Creator Specialist is a hands‑on role that requires social fluency to conceptualize, produce, and publish dynamic, high‑quality content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Social Media, this role translates cultural moments, trends, campaign ideas, and brand priorities into original, engaging, and high‑quality content that elevates our brand across social channels. Working across multiple formats—short‑form video, static imagery, motion, and text—the Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate is trend‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and motivated to connect with audiences in fresh, authentic ways.
The base salary range for this role is $68,640 – $97,450, dependent on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors. This amount is one component of total compensation.
Essential Functions
- Concept, capture, and produce social‑first content (videos, imagery, motion) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create content end‑to‑end: ideation, scripting/storyboarding, logistics (e.g., samples management), shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with the social team to identify cultural moments, trends, and opportunities to drive engagement and relevance.
- Write clear, engaging, platform‑appropriate captions and messaging aligned with brand tone.
- Contribute to the creative development, content capture, and editing of campaigns and activations to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Develop original content ideas that build brand engagement with potential to go viral.
- Manage new initiatives and special social projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in a social content creation role, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle.
- Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and what makes content successful on each.
- Strong concepting and storytelling skills with a passion for developing on‑brand content in conjunction with cultural trends and moments.
- Proven ability to turn content ideas into compelling visual formats—video, imagery, and copy.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools for quick‑turn content creation.
- Attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards across all creative work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Extremely organized and self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating creative range, conceptual thinking, and social‑native execution.
