Graphic Designer

Contract: 6 months (starting immediately). Location: Hybrid – onsite Monday‑Thursday in Los Angeles, CA, with work‑from‑home Friday. Pay: ~$47/hr (W2 and benefit options).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Alternative qualifications accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
• Portfolio required with application.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs that reflect the client’s design ethos.
• Develop technical schematics for factory teams and convert them into production assets.
• Assist with ideation, concept development, and branding.
• Lead team projects and complete individual assignments, including print, packaging, 3‑D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
• Use computerized design systems efficiently.
• Collaborate with functional teams from concept to final production and distribution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, supplier coordination, and production quality.
• Estimate project development aspects and negotiate costs, review billing, and reconcile budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for production alternatives and quality standards.
• Maintain organized file systems (Box, etc.) and keep design documentation up‑to‑date.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
