Position Overview

This mid-level role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a hands-on, tactical environment, can create compelling marketing materials, and knows how to drive qualified leads and support revenue growth by developing high-impact marketing collateral and executing data-driven digital campaigns tailored for the industrial B2B market.

Responsibilities

Content & Collateral Creation

  • Develop and update marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, product sheets, sales presentations, and promotional flyers.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create white papers, case studies, application stories, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all materials.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, including lead magnets (white papers, downloadable assets).
  • Email drip / nurture campaigns
  • Paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • SEO and on-page optimization initiatives
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Platform Management

  • Use HubSpot to manage and optimize marketing workflows, email campaigns, lead segmentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain product data using a PIM system (Catsy preferred) for content accuracy across channels.
  • Support and maintain the company’s eCommerce presence (WooCommerce) including product listings, updates, and promotions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or fluid power sectors.
  • Strong portfolio of developed marketing collateral and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, SEM tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency in SAP ECC6 is preferred
  • Experience working in B2B or industrial markets.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • PIM systems (Catsy highly preferred)
  • eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce preferred)

Key Activities Include

  • Deliver marketing collateral (brochures, catalogs, white papers, application stories), aligned with brand and sales strategy.
  • Launch and optimize lead generation campaigns (email, paid social, SEO) that convert at or above industry benchmarks within the first 6 months.
  • Increase MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through more targeted and personalized nurture tracks in HubSpot.
  • Support product content across PIM (Catsy) and eCommerce (WooCommerce) platforms as needed.
