Bertrand’s School of Music, part of Bertrand’s Music Enterprises, seeks highly motivated and qualified individuals for the position of Vocal Music Teacher. We need vocal teachers to teach musicians of all ages and skill levels with individualized curriculum in a safe, fun, and professional environment.

General Responsibilities / Duties

• Teaching music lessons
• Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans
• Recruiting and maintaining students
• Preparing students for recitals
• Offering email and video support
• Inspiring and motivating students
• Building relationships and mentoring students
• Continuously updating and improving teaching abilities
• Promoting services & products available at Bertrand’s Music
• Performing other duties as directed by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in music education or music minor preferred; years of experience on instrument also considered. Credentialed teachers preferred.
• Applicants must be organized, prompt, and responsible.
• All accepted teachers will be required to be fingerprinted and have a background check through the Department of Justice.
