Jingle Bell Run Orlando Photographer Needed!

Join the Arthritis Foundation Florida to capture the Jingle Bell Run event in Orlando. We are looking for a photographer (not iPhone) to help document this family‑friendly fun run and support our cause to conquer arthritis.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
• Time: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Location: Baldwin Park, Orlando, FL

Responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality images of the event, including participant action shots, live stream visuals, and candid moments.
• Follow the provided shot list and collaborate with event staff to identify key scenes.
• Ensure images are delivered on time in both raw and edited formats.
• Respect event protocols and maintain discretion as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient photography skills, experience shooting events or large gatherings.
• Proficient with DSLR or mirrorless cameras; iPhone equipment is not accepted.
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, and timing.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with volunteers and staff.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $45,760.00 – $72,800.00. (Specific terms will be confirmed upon hiring.)
