Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. As a key player in our communications department, you will manage and enhance the public image of our organization, telling stories and building relationships with the media and stakeholders.

Compensation: $48,000 – $52,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, media briefs, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers in relevant industries.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Coordinate and assist with events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in media relations and understanding of communication strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
