SIGINT - Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) – CACI International Inc
Opportunity
As a CACI SIGINT SME – Target Analyst Reporter (TAR), you will provide advanced analytic and reporting expertise at tactical through strategic levels to support Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH) and its Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) partners. Operating within the SOFETOPS enterprise, you will research, analyze, and produce serialized SIGINT reports and finished intelligence products that drive operations and inform senior decision‑makers. You will fuse SIGINT and non‑SIGINT data sources—including CAI/PAI and multi‑INT sources—to identify, assess, and report on priority threats across the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Responsibilities
- Prepare, produce, and disseminate serialized reports in accordance with NSA, USSOCOM, and DoD reporting standards. Conduct pre‑release quality control to ensure analytic accuracy, classification integrity, and compliance with all legal and policy guidelines.
 - Prioritize, assess, and evaluate data obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and collateral sources to deliver cohesive, decision‑ready intelligence on targets, activities, and networks of interest.
 - Correlate SIGINT with HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, CYBER, and other intelligence streams to enable threat identification, tracking, and exploitation.
 - Collaborate with collectors, operators, and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements, ensuring analytic outputs directly enable Special Operations and Interagency mission priorities.
 - Develop and maintain working aids, databases, and repositories on target activity to strengthen situational awareness and support enterprise‑wide collaboration.
 - Provide intelligence briefings to senior DoD, IC, and Law Enforcement personnel, delivering assessments on developments, trends, indications, and warnings within the SOUTHCOM AOR.
 
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph
 - Experience directly supporting NSA/CSS, SOCOM, or DoD SIGINT missions, including intelligence analysis, collection, or reporting.
 - Demonstrated experience drafting, editing, and releasing SIGINT reports in accordance with IC standards.
 - Strong written communication and analytic reasoning skills with ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable intelligence.
 - Familiarity with SIGINT databases, repositories, and dissemination systems.
 - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, Associate’s with 10 years, or equivalent relevant work experience.
 - Proficiency in multi‑INT data integration (SIGINT, CYBER, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT).
 - Expert level knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real‑time knowledge management systems.
 - Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
 
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
 - Completion of DOD or NSA SIGINT Reporting or Target Analyst Reporter courses.
 - Proficiency in an additional critical foreign language (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish).
 - Experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or Joint Interagency Task Forces (JIATF).
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, joint operational environments.

Pay Range
$95,500–$210,100 annually. Compensation is based on geographical location, contract category, experience, and qualifications.
