Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is hiring for the role of Dance Director / Studio Manager. The position oversees private and group dance classes throughout the week, helping students reach their personal dance goals through events and ongoing instruction. The role involves working with a diverse student base, coordinating staff, and attending events with students as needed. Regular studio hours are maintained, with some weekday evenings and weekends required for events and supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee private and group dance classes across the week.
  • Help students achieve personal dance goals through various formats (events to ongoing instruction).
  • Lead and supervise studio staff; attend events with students as needed.
  • Engage with students from diverse backgrounds to enrich their experience.
