The UI/UX Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience and engagement for customers utilizing our client’s online platforms. This position demands a strategic innovator ready to handle the comprehensive design and experience approach, as well as research initiatives across various sites. The primary objective is to create user-friendly, conversion-focused interfaces that will not only enhance visitor satisfaction but also cultivate long-term customer loyalty, thereby driving significant revenue increases. Applicants should be prepared for a high-energy environment that promotes consistent testing and teamwork aimed at achieving exceptional outcomes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in crafting user experiences for eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B sectors.
- A portfolio that showcases successful projects which have positively impacted business performance metrics.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and contemporary design system methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and data analytics, with a strong emphasis on a data-driven approach.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate an overarching UX strategy that aligns with strategic performance targets, including revenue, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and SEO/CRO objectives.
- Manage a prioritized backlog of UX initiatives across diverse projects and geographical areas.
- Lead the execution of qualitative and quantitative research efforts, incorporating interviews, usability tests, customer satisfaction surveys, and deep dives into user behavior.
- Transform research insights into actionable hypotheses, prototypes, and experiments with measurable outcomes.
- Oversee the design of information architecture, user interactions, visual aesthetics, animations, microcopy, and accessibility standards for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Create and administer a robust Figma-based design system.
- Develop and advocate for UX standards, content guidelines, and design component governance documentation.
- Promote a culture of design thinking and empathetic user experiences across the organization.
