Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year.

Contract to Hire.

Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit‑sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance‑driven company; future increases are based on company and personal performance, not annual cost‑of‑living adjustments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data‑driven environment.
• Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session.
• Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.
• Excellent communicator capable of presenting design rationale across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience

8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.

Role & Responsibilities

Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO‑optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.

Key Outcomes

• Deliver complete, test‑ready user experiences—from concept and ideation through high‑fidelity prototypes and dev hand‑off—backed by A/B test results and user insights.
• Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post‑test iteration.
• Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction.
• Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
• Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization.
• Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability.
