Posted Social is a full‑agency based in St. Louis, built to serve as the in‑house marketing department every founder wishes they had. We work with brands that want more than just a website or a few social posts. We help them build real infrastructure that drives long‑term growth.

We’re looking for a full‑time, in‑person Web Designer to join our team here in St. Louis. This is not a remote position. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and technical teams to build beautiful, high‑converting websites that make a real impact for real brands.

This isn’t an agency churn‑and‑burn role. This is an opportunity to take a leadership position in our web design department, help us raise the bar internally, and work with a team that’s serious about quality and long‑term results.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build modern, high‑performing websites for both clients and internal brands
• Implement content, media, and brand assets in a clean and cohesive way
• Optimize sites for speed, conversions, mobile responsiveness, and SEO
• Maintain and update client sites as part of our hosting and web management plans
• Collaborate with our creative, automation, and SEO teams to bring full‑stack solutions to life
• Improve and refine our internal site‑building systems and processes over time

What You Bring

• Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor or similar page‑builder)
• Experience with Wix, Squarespace, or other visual builders
• Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, or Framer
• Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• A strong eye for layout, color, typography, and mobile design
• Comfortable using Figma or Canva
• Ability to write and structure basic website copy
• Familiarity with core SEO principles and best practices
