Our client's in-house Creative Team is seeking a Producer to manage the end-to-end execution of commercial photo and video shoots that bring the brand to life. This role combines project management, production logistics, and creative collaboration, ensuring each production runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. The Producer will work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and cross‑functional brand partners to coordinate everything from pre‑production planning through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production for photo and video shoots, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Lead pre‑production planning: build shot decks, source talent and locations, and coordinate vendors and crew.
• Oversee on‑site production, ensuring all creative and logistical details are executed according to plan.
• Partner closely with creative and brand teams to translate storyboards and shot lists into actionable production plans.
• Handle vendor contracts, crew management, travel coordination, and expense tracking.
• Support post‑production by tracking deliverables and ensuring final assets meet creative and technical standards.
• Maintain strong communication across all teams and ensure approvals are aligned throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience producing commercial, lifestyle, or brand marketing shoots (photo and/or video).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Deep understanding of production logistics, from pre‑production through post.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and schedules with precision.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across creative, brand, and operations teams.
• Proficiency in project management and creative production tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, Adobe CC).
• Experience in home, lifestyle, retail, or CPG environments preferred.
