Job Description

We offer one-on-one training from a mentor agent and your personal business coach, as well as access to the University of Farmers. You will have unlimited growth potential through producing business, generating leads, and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Educate customers with the various insurance products we offer.

• Quote insurance products of all types
• Contacting and generating leads
• Selling our products and services
• Leveraging social media outlets for marketing yourself
• Calling prospects from hot leads provided by mentor agent
• Marketing via different available programs
• Being creative in getting your name out there
• Attending local events to share your expertise with prospects

Requirements

• Must be licensed or able to obtain a license in Illinois
• Experience in property, casualty, life, or health insurance is a plus
• We can guide you through the licensing process
• Strong motivation to hit achievable goals
• Sales or insurance experience is a plus
