Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia. You will be part of a successful sales team supported by a dedicated service team, helping manage and foster continued relationships with new and existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients’ specific needs, including but not limited to homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles coverage.
  • Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their personal and family insurance needs.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may affect their insurance needs.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities.

Qualifications

  • Valid Property and Casualty License in the state where you are applying.
  • Experience in personal lines sales and/or service.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality; enjoy generating leads independently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment, effectively prioritizing risks to manage concurrent workflow.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication, and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace.
  • Strong sales acumen and experience with AMS 360.

Compensation

Commission only sales position; W2.
