About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative – Classified Advertising , you will be responsible for selling classified and service directory ad placements across Times Media Group's portfolio of community publications in Colorado. This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in Englewood, CO. You will communicate with clients primarily via phone and email to take orders, recommend placements, handle renewals and grow your client base through consistent outreach. Accuracy, attention to detail and a customer‑first mindset are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound classified advertising inquiries via phone and email
Place, renew and edit ads for a variety of categories including employment, legal, real estate and services
Proactively reach out to lapsed advertisers and cold prospects to generate new business
Recommend ad formats, sizes and placements that align with customer needs and budget
Ensure all classified ad content is accurate and compliant with publication policies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with small business owners, recruiters and legal advertisers
Track activity and follow‑ups using internal systems to manage deadlines and renewals
