As a Growth Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns. Your work will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing our digital presence to attract and retain customers. As a Growth Marketer at AwareNow.Ai, you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at accelerating user acquisition, improving conversion rates, and maximizing customer lifetime value. You will utilize your expertise in content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies to drive results and achieve key performance indicators. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative and innovative startup environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and retention. Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns. Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Create and execute content marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads. Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to enhance overall customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. What You\'ll Do: We have a ready-to-go 30-day plan to get our first 1000 subscribers. You’ll run it and set up automation so growth continues. Must have proven U.S. marketing experience and be comfortable with both outreach & paid ads. Post in Facebook Groups & Nextdoor (templates provided) Email journalists & partners for coverage Set up referral program & automation (Zapier/Make) Track results & optimize for conversions You Need: 3+ years in growth marketing or community outreach U.S. audience campaign experience Marketing automation skills Strong copywriting for short posts Send your resume + short note with: Example U.S. campaign & results Tools you’ve used (Zapier, Lemlist, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr In Summary: This is not a social media manager or social media marketing position .
