Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage high‑performing advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads). Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Lead the strategic direction for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and success metrics. Monitor campaign health and performance, identifying opportunities and risks. Stay up to date with platform changes, new tools, and industry best practices. Attend virtual meetings during standard U.S. business hours (8am - 5pm CT). What We’re Looking For 3–4+ years of hands‑on experience with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads). Proven success with B2B and D2C brands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. U.S. residency required. (Texas residents preferred, but not required!) Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, tracking, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Critical and strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
