Marketing Coordinator Location: Denver, CO (In-person, 4-day workweek) Company: Forgeworks.ai Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 Type: Full-time, W2 About Forgeworks.ai Forgeworks is a RevOps consulting agency that helps high-growth B2B companies scale their revenue operations. We design, build, and optimize GTM systems across HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and beyond. Our clients include high growth SaaS startups, service companies, and logistics leaders. We’re growing month-over-month through inbound referrals, now we’re ready to build the next stage of our demand engine . The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help us create and execute marketing campaigns that turn awareness into pipeline. You’ll work directly with the Founder and CEO to distribute content, launch ads, manage our newsletter, support partner programs, and grow inbound interest in Forgeworks. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for someone who loves connecting creative marketing with measurable growth. What You’ll Do Content + Campaigns Build and publish weekly content across LinkedIn, email, and our website Repurpose customer success stories and project outcomes into case studies Launch the Forgeworks newsletter and grow its subscriber base Support webinar planning, partner spotlights, and community events Paid + Organic Growth Manage and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) Track UTMs, lead sources, and campaign performance in HubSpot Coordinate with creative partners for visuals and video assets Partnership + Referral Marketing Manage partner outreach lists and referral campaigns Coordinate co-marketing with existing clients and partners Analytics + Optimization Report weekly on inbound traffic, leads, and marketing KPIs Maintain HubSpot dashboards and data quality for marketing attribution What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or RevOps environments Strong writing and communication skills Comfortable with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Excited to learn from and collaborate closely with a founder who leads strategy Why Forgeworks 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 8am–6pm) Work directly with a fast‑scaling RevOps team and innovative clients Be part of a high‑performance, sprint‑based culture Opportunity to grow into Marketing Manager as Forgeworks scales Compensation Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 Unlimited PTO and 8 paid holidays On‑site in Denver (Central Park, near Stanley Market) #J-18808-Ljbffr
