About the Job You’ll lead and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and more, crafting compelling content and campaigns that build relationships and drive growth. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team, analyze performance metrics, and keep our brand image fresh and engaging across all platforms. PropHouse Birmingham, HotHouse Design Studio and InkHouse are all led by a bold, creative, woman leader. Key Responsibilities Lead content creation across PropHouse Birmingham, HotHouse Design Studio, and InkHouse’s social channels. Develop and manage a monthly content calendar; report analytics and insights to stakeholders. Partner with the PropHouse sales team to create engaging marketing visuals and trend reports. Drive internal education by supporting the sales team in learning and using social strategies effectively. Salary Position (Full Time) Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (during the week, extended shift on the weekends) Swing off day would follow the week after working on a Saturday Pay Rate: Commensurate with Experience Hothouse Holdings, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
