Job Summary
The Event Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. You will work trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our sales team and exceed the lead targets set by the Event Marketing Manager.
Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high‑energy and positive engagement techniques.
Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the manager informed.
Generate and capture show leads using our data capture system.
Set up and tear down event booths (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
Job Requirements
Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Attention to detail and punctuality.
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate customers about our product line.
High level of energy, engagement, and stamina for extended periods at events.
Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads.
Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads.
What We Offer
Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission. Paid weekly – every Friday.
Compensation increases based on event performance.
