Marketing Manager

Annexus, an Integrity company specializing in fixed‑indexed annuities and indexed universal life insurance, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead national marketing initiatives from its Scottsdale, AZ office.

Job Summary

As Marketing Manager, you will partner with the Vice President of Marketing, sales leaders, and external partners to design, execute, and refine marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth for our top clients. Your role will involve project management, creative oversight, and continuous process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP of Marketing and sales leaders to plan marketing initiatives.
• Lead the creative process, coordinating copywriters, designers, and digital marketers.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct quality assurance on all deliverables, maintaining a high level of detail and compliance.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Primary Skills & Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Solid project and account management skills, with a collaborative team‑player mindset.
• Professional, self‑motivated, and adept at getting the best out of people and projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus. Strong verbal and written communication.
• 3+ years of relevant Marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience creating marketing collateral, communications, and executing multi‑channel campaigns.
