Overview Job Title: Senior Manager, Podcast Partnership Operations Department: Digital Reporting To: Director, Podcast Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: New York Work Arrangement: Hybrid The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $85,000.00/Yr. - $90,000.00/Yr. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Podcast Partner Operations to join our team. This position will report to the Director, Podcast Partner Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a segment of Audacy’s podcast partners and serve as the main liaison between our organization and these partners, ensuring collaboration and mutual success. You will coordinate across a matrixed organization of teams—including revenue partnerships, marketing, business development, operations, sales, planning, and analytics—to ensure partner KPIs are met. Managing the onboarding process for all new partners is a core function of this role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of project management and strong communication skills who excels in data‑driven analysis to drive business growth. A key component of this role is providing partners with detailed reporting and presenting performance data on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for ensuring partners understand the status of their deals, leveraging all audience and revenue opportunities, and ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements in place with partners. In addition to managing podcast partnerships, you will also provide operational support for Audacy’s network of podcasts and internal business initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact between partners and Audacy, ensuring a positive and successful partner experience Manage day‑to‑day operations, including all internal and external communications Lead the onboarding process for new partners and collaborate cross‑functionally to complete all launch steps successfully Build strong relationships with partners through consistent communication, custom reporting, and monthly meetings Execute partner deals and enforce contractual obligations, ensuring both parties fulfill all specified commitments Monitor the health of each deal to identify opportunities or address issues before they arise Track partner payments and manage external communications related to payments Deliver internal performance updates to podcast leadership Qualifications Strong project management abilities Proven analytical skills with experience working with data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with audio content systems and measurement platforms Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Excel for reporting and analysis Ability to work and manage responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment Comfort interacting extensively with different teams and senior management Preferred 4-5 years of experience in a similar role Prior experience in podcasting Prior experience in project management or other highly operational roles Prior experience successfully leading projects that delivered quantifiable success Important Notes Audacy will never ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
