As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will own our social media presence, engage global audiences, and showcase the value of our teacher training programs and corporate learning solutions.

You will have the autonomy to plan, create, and innovate making a big impact while working part-time and remotely.

Overview

Location: Remote; Based in a North or South American time zone

Reports to: Marketing Manager - TEFL Products

Schedule: 20 hours per week (Part-Time)

Start Date: September ****

What You Will Do

Plan & Create Content: Develop monthly content calendars in CoSchedule and design posts that educate, inspire, and drive engagement.

Produce & Publish: Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), design graphics in Canva, and optimize posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and Reddit.

Engage Communities: Manage comments, DMs, and Bridge online communities (Facebook & LinkedIn groups).

Innovate & Strategize: Stay on top of trends, propose new campaign ideas, and align content with marketing initiatives.

Analyze & Report: Track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements.

Collaborate & Communicate: Join 2 weekly team meetings and deliver projects independently and on time.

Creative, on-brand campaigns that resonate with educators and corporate clients

Strong performance reports with actionable recommendations

Active, responsive, and thriving online communities

Who You Are

Education: Bachelors degree required (Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field preferred).

Experience: 2-3+ years managing social media for a brand or organization.

Language Skills: English C2 level required; Spanish professional proficiency desirable.

Creative Skills: Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills (Canva, video editing).

Strategic Skills: Able to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.

Organizational Skills: Strong project management, able to deliver independently in 20 hours per week.

Confidence: Comfortable appearing on camera for brand-related content.

Nice to Have

Experience in TEFL, TESOL, language education, or Learning and Development (L&D;).

Familiarity with paid social campaigns.

Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.

Experience with education, EdTech, or global brands.
