This role is ideal for a creative leader eager to experiment, iterate, and push visual boundaries alongside a talented in-house graphic designer.Responsibilities:Own the YouTube content strategy and execution from day one.Produce and edit long-form podcasts and create engaging clips for social media.Optimize content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social ads.Collaborate with our graphic designer and marketing team to bring brand stories to life.Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes, and help us adapt quickly.Guide the team on video best practices, content structure, and online performance.Requirements:Proven success in creating and growing content for YouTube and social platforms.At least 4 years of experience in social-first video production.Strong editing skills with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.Sharp storytelling instincts, especially for short-form content.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and move quickly.Bonus: experience with podcasts or performance marketing content.Join our team and be part of an innovative environment where your skills will make a real impact.
