Marketing Production Designer at BairesDevWhat you'll doProduce marketing design elements and assets, including layouts, slides, presentations, and graphics.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement (MSE) teams to produce art files for physical items such as gift kits, promotional materials, and event items.Rebuild and adapt marketing assets in alignment with new visual guidelines.Manage external vendors for outsourced projects, including video editing and motion design.Manage, optimize, and organize the design asset library for scalability and efficiency.What we are looking for3+ years of experience producing digital marketing assets (slides, web pages, banners, ads).2+ years of experience in B2B or tech social media roles.1+ years of experience leading social media strategy.Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Media (desirable).
