Percepture, founded in 2004, is a dynamic public relations and digital marketing agency. We are seeking a hands-on
Senior Digital Strategist and AI Operator
who also leads a small pod of specialists. In this role, you will architect paid-media strategy, guide two to three junior strategists, and contribute to campaigns as needed to keep them sharp. Important: A separate BI team owns GA4 & Looker Studio dashboard creation. Your mission is to analyze those dashboards in real time, extract insights, and drive action—not build the dashboards. This is a Remote, Part-Time Contract Position. Ongoing commitment of 15–25 hours weekly, with opportunity for increased hours based on performance. Role Description
The selected individual will be responsible for: Channel Strategy & Planning – Own B2B media plans (audience, budgets, messaging, funnel stages) across LinkedIn, StackAdapt, Google & Meta. Team Leadership – Mentor a pod of digital strategists; review asset queues, QA builds, and set weekly priorities. Campaign Execution & Optimization – Personally build, iterate, and troubleshoot ads when extra muscle is needed. Data Analysis & Insight Generation – Mine GA4 & Looker Studio dashboards provided by the BI team; surface trends, anomalies, and next steps during live client readouts (no slide decks). Innovation & AI Experimentation – Pilot AI prompts for copy, creative variants, and rapid data analysis; document and scale wins. Qualifications
7-15 years of hands-on paid media in B2B demand gen Proven success with LinkedIn Ads and a programmatic DSP (ideally StackAdapt) Deep familiarity with Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube) & Meta Ads Proficiency in Web Analytics: comfortable slicing GA4 & Looker Studio dashboards to uncover insights, attribution gaps, and growth levers Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable leading a team—setting sprint goals, reviewing work, and coaching growth Familiarity with AI tools and applications such as ChatGPT / Claude / Jasper, etc., to accelerate research, copy, and insight discovery. Openness to operating AI tools, technology, and agents built by Percepture. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Nice to Have
HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot experience ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase) Budget & Payment
