Pay Information $2,286 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant setting License: Active Driver's License required Certifications: BLS required. ACLS preferred Must-Have: Home health experience OASIS experience EPIC charting experience Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in home health care. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in OASIS and familiarity with EPIC charting is mandatory. The role involves managing care for adults and geriatric patients. A typical day includes seeing 6 patients, equivalent to 30 points a week. Visits may include initial evaluations, follow-ups, lab draws, and recertifications. Nurses are expected to coordinate interdisciplinary support including physical therapy and social services. Rotational weekend coverage is expected every 4 weeks.
