The
Senior Marketing Business Analyst, Homecare
will partner with cross-functional teams to drive
Business Intelligence (BI)
and
performance metrics
for the PureWick Direct-to-Consumer business. This role delivers actionable insights to support
strategic growth initiatives
for the Home Care platform through KPI dashboards, business case analyses, segmentation reports, and ad-hoc reporting. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Client Home Care DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) team to deliver world-class
marketing analytics, trends, and forecasting . Leverage
internal and external data sources
to develop an advanced reporting suite supporting real-time marketing decisions. Manage
short-term and long-term reporting
needs using
Power BI, Tableau, and Excel . Deliver and maintain
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
to align with business strategy. Design and execute
automated and ad-hoc reports
for the direct-to-consumer healthcare business. Develop
new data visualizations and dashboards
to present insights in a clear, actionable format. Collaborate with
Business Intelligence (BI)
and
Finance
teams to generate analytics-driven insights. Ensure
compliance with HIPAA
and maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Analyze
quantitative and qualitative data
to provide insights and business recommendations. Support decision-making by identifying opportunities and implementing
best practices in analytics and reporting . Education
Required:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field) Preferred:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree Experience
5+ years
translating business needs into technical reporting and analytics deliverables. 5+ years
working with
Power BI, Tableau , and strong proficiency in
SQL queries . 5+ years
experience in
performance marketing or e-commerce analytics
preferred. Experience partnering across
matrixed organizations
to deliver integrated reporting solutions. Experience in
data-driven business recommendations and strategic analytics. Proven success implementing
complex data management and reporting initiatives. Familiarity with
direct-to-consumer KPIs, Salesforce.com , and
P&L management
preferred. Exposure to
health insurance reimbursement analytics
preferred. Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in
Power BI, Tableau, and SQL . Strong
analytical thinking
and
data visualization
capabilities. Excellent
business acumen
and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategy. Experience with
performance marketing ,
e-commerce metrics , and
digital campaign tracking . Solid understanding of
data governance, HIPAA compliance , and
data quality controls . Strong

skills across business and technical teams. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage

5-7 years of experience in
marketing analytics
and
BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) . Demonstrated experience in
direct-to-consumer healthcare, medical devices, or e-commerce . Proven track record of using analytics to
drive strategic decisions . Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a
matrixed corporate environment . Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
