Senior Creator Strategy Specialist
, you will leverage your expertise in creator marketing and influencer campaigns to ideate, strategize, and execute end-to-end creator programs. You'll develop direct relationships with content creators and talent, blending social culture and platform fluency to help Microsoft show up in more resonant ways across social. Ideal candidates are passionate about creator culture, fluent in social platforms, and energized by the challenge of building and scaling creator-led campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are confident collaborating with senior stakeholders, and have a strong bias for creativity, clarity, and experimentation.
Job Location:?The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not?reside?in one of these four areas will be?relocated?to Redmond.????
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities
Ideate, develop, and execute creator and influencer marketing campaigns aligned to Microsoft's commercial priorities.
Build and nurture direct relationships with content creators and talent, acting as a strategic partner to amplify authentic brand storytelling.
Blend social culture, platform fluency, and creator insights to inform campaign strategy and execution.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to integrate creator programs into broader campaigns. Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution and measurable impact. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data and analytics to optimize strategy and demonstrate return on investment.
Develop and execute paid media strategies within creator campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance measurement.
Present campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Drive internal alignment through storytelling, stakeholder education, and regular sharing of best practices.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience developing and executing creator and influencer campaigns, ideally for Business to Business or technology brands.
3+ years of experience building and managing direct relationships with creators and talent.
3+ years of experience with social media platforms, creator culture, and audience engagement strategies.
3+ years of experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
3+ years of experience developing and executing paid media strategies within creator campaigns.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
5+ years collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams in a corporate or agency setting. Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
5+ years with strategic and creative thinking. Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
