Marketing Coordinator
The marketing coordinator is a highly motivated, organized, accountable individual who works alongside senior team members and with agency partners in the application of varied marketing channels to accomplish brand strategic goals, and ensure the successful implementation of those initiatives.
This position is 5 days a week onsite in the Los Angeles area.
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
Day to Day Tasks and Duties
Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Preparing brand-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, briefs and other communications and correspondence
Fielding and processing internal information requests
Assisting with mailings and emails
Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate
Effectively manage own time and project timelines
Communicate frequently with customer service, sales and marketing team members
Work with subcontractors and agencies as required to keep projects on-schedule and on- budget; manage quality control
Contribute to and assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports
Manage the online identity of branded sites; writing, managing and growing social properties, including a blog, Twitter account and Facebook page
Responds to consumer inquiries by managing the brand chat rooms
